Duomo Climb:

The huge dome in The Cathedral of Saint Mary is quite famous. Visitors need to climb all the 463 steps to get into the massive dome.  There are some tight spaces in the inner chambers from where one gets a brilliant view of city. There is also a bell tower located close by, which offers a majestic view of the city as well.

Those who choose to visit Florence at the time of the celebrations – June 24th, have the unique opportunity to witness the local festivities. There are fireworks display, boat races are held, there are football matches, bonfire and night marathon.
